We want everyone who does business with us to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This statement says where we are today.

• A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
• Pages in English, Spanish, French and Arabic, with the page language set and a right-to-left layout for Arabic.
• Form fields have labels.
• Buttons and controls that show only an icon have names for screen readers.
• A light and a dark display, which you can switch.
• The site works on phones and adapts to different screen sizes.
• In the branding studio, you can move your artwork with the arrow keys.

• The branding studio’s 3D preview is a picture, so it does not work with a screen reader. If you need help, email us your logo and where it should go, and we will set it up and send you the specification.
• The estimate and quotation documents (PDF) have not been tested with screen readers. We can send the same content as plain text on request.
• We have not yet checked every page against WCAG 2.2 AA, so there will be problems we have not found.

If you cannot use part of this site, or need something in another format, email accessibility@vertex-procurement.com. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 3 working days, and to give you the information another way, or fix the problem, as soon as we can.

If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
