These terms cover your use of this website. Vertex Procurement Ltd, a company being registered in England and Wales runs it. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Orders are covered separately by our terms of trade.

This website is for businesses buying in volume. It is not for consumers. By using it to ask for an estimate, a sample or a quotation, you confirm that you are acting for a business.

Prices, minimum order quantities, lead times and other figures on this site are estimates to help you plan. They are not an offer to sell. We are bound only by a written quotation that we send you and you accept, or by an order confirmation we send you. Factory prices, exchange rates and freight rates change, so a quotation can differ from an estimate.

Prices are held in US dollars. When you choose another currency, the site converts them at a rate we set, and the rate is shown on the estimate or quotation.

We take care with product descriptions, photos and specifications, but they are for illustration. Products and specifications may change, and a photo may show a sample, a similar item or an item with options you did not choose. Ask us to confirm anything that matters to you before you order.

Brand, product and company names that appear on the site are used for information only. They do not mean that the owner endorses us or our products.

Give us accurate details and keep them up to date. An account belongs to one company. Anyone who can read the email inbox you signed up with can sign in as you, so keep that inbox secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

We can refuse or suspend an account, for example if we cannot confirm that the company is a real business.

You keep ownership of the artwork, logos and files you send us. You give us permission to use them to prepare your estimate or quotation, to brief factories and to produce your order. You promise that you have the right to use them and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights, including trademarks, copyright and designs. We may refuse an order that we think does.

The site’s design, text, photos, tools and data belong to Vertex or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business use, such as deciding whether to order. Please do not copy, republish or sell them, or our catalogue and price data, and do not use automated tools to collect them in bulk.

Do not misuse the site. Do not try to break or probe it, overload it, get around its limits (such as request limits), introduce malicious code, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our pages may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to limit.

Subject to that, and as far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from relying on an estimate or other information on this site, from the site being unavailable, or from things outside our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or opportunity. Liability under an order is set by the terms of trade.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time. We may update these terms. The date is at the top, and the new version applies from when it is published.

These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
