Buyer guide
You ask for a price. A person comes back with a firm one.
Prices you see online are estimates from catalogue bands. A quotation is the real number: one price per line, checked with the factory, with a validity date. Nothing on your quote list is an order.
What happens after you send your list
01
First
A sourcing manager is assigned and named on the thread.
02
Then
The factory confirms the specification, tooling and current price.
03
Within 1–3 working days
You receive one price per line, with freight included to your incoterm.
04
When you accept
Deposit first, then production.
What a quotation contains
- Unit price at each quantity break
- Tooling and setup, where the product needs it
- Lead time
- Freight to your chosen incoterm
- A validity date (30 days) and the exchange rate it was priced at
Estimate or quotation?
The price on a product page is an estimate from catalogue bands, not an offer. Once the factory has checked your order, the confirmed price is sometimes lower.
Who you deal with
A named sourcing manager, not a ticket queue: one person from quotation to container.
