How a sample request works

Send a request
Tell us the product, size and colour, how many samples you need and where to send them.

We send an invoice
Within 1–3 working days you receive an invoice for the sample. Sample prices are not listed on the site; each request is priced and invoiced.
What to include
The product (name or code), the size and colour, how many samples, and the delivery address. Missing details only slow the invoice down.
Samples and the terms
Clause 4 of the terms of trade covers tooling and samples, including whether sample costs are credited against a production order.
